When is my payment processed?
Credit card and UPI payments are processed instantly, and your services are usually activated within minutes. Bank transfers may take up to 2-24 working hours to clear and be verified by our billing team.
Do you offer automatic renewals?
Yes, for credit card payments, you can opt-in for automatic renewals to ensure your domains and hosting never expire. For other methods, we send multiple email reminders before the due date.
What is your refund policy?
Most of our shared and WordPress hosting plans come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. Domain registrations, SSL certificates, and VPS services are generally non-refundable once provisioned.
